​A Moroccan Tea Ceremony, Sound Bath & Self-Tie Meditation

Step into a sacred space of warmth, presence, and gentle unraveling.

Join us for a heart-opening fusion of ritual and rope, where Khadija will guide us through a traditional Moroccan tea ceremony — a sensual, grounding experience of herbal medicine, aroma, and connection.

As we sip slowly, we’ll drop into our bodies. Joining Fay for a guided self-tying meditation using soft rope and breath. As you weave intention into each knot, allow yourself to soften, release, and reconnect.

During the meditation, you’ll be serenaded by the healing sounds of Maddy’s live sound bath, wrapping you in layers of soothing frequency. We’ll end our journey together in a deep savasana, bathing in the vibrations and allowing everything to settle.

This gathering invites tenderness, curiosity, and communal healing. Come solo or with a friend. All bodies and all experience levels welcome.
